What is the refund policy?
Thank you for choosing our custom tumblers! Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom orders.
Exceptions:
1. If there is an error on our part, such as a design flaw or a spelling mistake, we will gladly correct it and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
2. If the mistake is due to incorrect information provided by the customer, refunds or exchanges will not be available.
